I called a carpet cleaner out of the pennysaver and after booking them I decided to look on yelp. The original carpet cleaning company had bad reviews so I saw that JJ Carpet had really great reviews so I called. Talked to Jose and he told me he could come out the next day. I asked if there was any way he could come out today and he said let me see if I could rearrange a few things and I will try. He called me right back and said he could come between 3-4pm. He showed up on time and very professional. Did a great job on my carpet cleaned all 3 rooms and hallway for a great price. He didnt try up his prices when he got to my house. Charged me exactly what he said over the phone. I will continue to use JJ Carpets and will recommend him to all my family and friends. Very happy customer.

Great service! Jose was excellent, friendly and very professional. Our carpets look great. We had a concern regarding an area of carpet, and Jose returned to our home to recheck and then repaired it. Very impressed with the service. We will definitely use again and refer our friends and family!

I just has my tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Jose did a great job. My floors are cleaner than I has expected. They look new. I was afraid to pay an outrageous amount of money for just so so floors. J J is so reasonable and Jose works so hard to clean your floors. It is so great to see someone take pride in the work they do.

Who does anything for free anymore? WELLL JOSE was AWESOME , he came to my home and I had what I thought was a repair that would cost hundreds, not only was he FAIR he said he was not going to charge me since he couldnâ??t get it perfect! I of course did pay him a very nice TIP. The YELP reviews about this business were true and this is the only place that will clean my carpet! AWESOME AWESOME

I was on a time crunch and needed a six year old couch cleaned. Needless to say that J J Carpet Care delivered. Prompt arrival and completion time allowed for me to be able to visit my newly borne niece and take my nephew to a beach party. Jose is awesome!

We've used their services twice after parties these past few months. Jose is professional, courteous, and prompt. With this last visit in August, there were a few spots that remained after the cleaning so I called to notify Jose. He came back at his earliest availability to redo the trouble spots and even followed up thereafter. Will absolutely use their services again and recommend them to others.

We needed our carpet to be cleaned after remodeling our bathrooms, our general contractor recommended JJ Carpet Care. The price is good when he called, so we had Jose come out for the job.
I'm not an expert in carpet cleaning or anything (because we've never had it cleaned professionally) but I have to say that our carpet feels great! It is fluffy and feels like brand new. I'm impressed with the fact that Jose moved almost all of our furniture (except for a huge king size bed) so that he can clean the entire room. That's attention to detail.
We would definitely recommend Jose to anyone.
